Misfire continued

k so whenever it does the whole hot start thing... the boost/vacuum gauge shows a lower number (like 14, as opposed to 17 or 19inHg when it runs normally)

I'm just going to bite the bullet and replace the ACV. I mean it buzzes as it is... so I might as well (if you have one let me know)

Curious though... are all the ACV's the same? If so, i have a buddy who tore apart an 87 gx... i might be able to buy it off him.

if boost/vac guage shows different number, should have to do with either the boost guage or the sensor... what makes you think it's the ACV?

... because the engine has less vacuum? Perhaps due to a vacuum leak?

I've always suspected an internal vacuum leak. There are certainly no external ones. I've tested everything.

But the ACV is giving me crap.
