Boost sensor?

Can I tap a line into this vaccum line? Its for the wastegate? Or does it need an independent source? If not, were would be a good source for the wastgate line?
(The new housing doesnt have a nipple)

Thanx

Put a nipple on the housing. You don't want to use the line to the boost sensor.

Nope! Drilling the housing is not a good thing. To hot anyway, not a good source.

Most turbos do it, so there's nothing wrong with it. A turbo shop could fit one if you can't, or you could come from the manifold.

This line should be seperate from the others, no tees.

The guy at the turbo shop rebuilding my turbo, said its not usually a good idea. Just easier. Something about to hot, spikes and performance. He said a line from the manifold with the charge cool and as is going into the motor for a better reading is a better source. You sure no tee?
Were could I get an independent line from the manifold?
Thanx for the help!

There isn't one big enough. You'll have to put one in.

The boost sensor line is 3mm. The wastegate line is 6mm. How'd you do that?
