Used s5 turbo with a huge ported wastegate will solve your problem. I run stock 5.5 PSI w/ the smaller 2.5" full RB exhaust.

You can combine your good s4 turbo with a blown s5 turbo. All you need are the manifold and hotside.

You don't NEED it. The s4 works fine!

hey man you should really take your turbo off and port the wastegate hole and weld a new flapper door on to help control any kind of boost spike. a good psi is probly stock which i think is like 6-8psi. i hear the stock turbos arent that good at higher boost levels so you will wanna stick with that probly. i just got done with porting my wastegate hole and i love that i can finally just ****** rip it up and down the canyon with no fear of over boosting. there is a website fc3spro.com that has a step by step. check it out.

even with a mildly ported s5 wastegate my car still creeped with a straight through 2.5" exhaust (big street port).

mildly is your problem... you need to port the **** out of that wastegate!
there is A LOT of material that can be removed, and just opening up the holes under the flapper isnt enough!

I'm have stock ports and no boost creep. I know there is more material to take out that lets the air run smoothly out the wastegate. If you look inside the wastegate you can see 90deg bends. Just smoothing out those corners will help some.

BlueTII ported my wastegate. Maybe he will chime in and post a pic or two. His stock turbo is awesome.
