blowing coolant lines

blowing coolant lines
uhhh the past month ive been blowing coolant lines left and right. first small one next to big lower line off lower radiator stem, then i popped that one again, then the big one off the lower stem of the radiator... so i changed it and today it kinda popped again i think.... any suggestions wat it is? they are only small cracks or holes... if so do they make steel braided lines for coolant lines?

im blowing coolant lines left and right.... especially lower coolant lines off lower stem of radiator and the small hose next to it..... any suggestions y its doing this?? do u think high pressure hoses would help or would they blow... http://store.summitracing.com/partde...?part=GTR-5003 please any help greatly appreciated.

a little background info would help. what year car? N/A or TII? does the temp guage ever go past the middle (does the car overheat?) we can give you a little more specific help if we knew something about your car.

tis an 1988 t2 with s5 jdm swap... uhh ya well they are very small holes most of the time and i cant know until i stop and its always steam... obviously cuz waters hot.. and today it didnt because i didnt drive far and all water prob didnt go out... but im sure if i drove farther temp gauge would go up farther... it went a lil past half today.

seems like you might have some blockage somewhere thats building pressure up and blowing your lines....
better check into it further , rather than just buying more and more new lines...

Are they slipping off, or blowing holes in themselves? There's no reason a new hose should burst on you. If you're still using old hoses, replace them before you kill the motor. I've had personal experience with an exploded heater hose causing a coolant passage to collapse, and I can't recommend it.

Are you overtightening the clamps? Work gear hose clamps will cut into the hose very easily.
Where are you getting your hoses? Are they brand new?
It is possible you are over pressurizing the cooling system. With the car STONE COLD, remove the pressure cap and start the engine. Do you see a steady stream of bubbles coming from inside the engine? Now rev it. Does coolant gush out? If the answer to the 2nd question is "yes" then you may have a compromized coolant o-ring.

its fixed now i guess i tightened my hose clamps some more and checked then got it warm and drove hard and it didn't seep at all so im suspecting its fine
