Question Best intake possibility from the turbo

What would be the best setup for an intake for my 88 turbo II? This being from the turbo, the hoses from the turbo have cracked and been destroyed so I need some other means of intake.

I realize that I have to go through the MAF, that's not really an issue at all. First issue from the turbo, can I by pass the hookup to the air pump by just putting the breather filter on there? Next how far away should the MAF be from the turbo? Finally is there a kit for this entire setup that I'm just to stupid to be able to find? I've looked up alot of intake setups on here and other places for cars with my MAF but they've all been NA as far as I've seen.

Flame me if you must for a stupid question, but any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

check, figured it out, thanks, however the question about how close can I mount the MAF is still open, basically, how prone to heat is it?

The closer to turbo the hoter it gets. As far as I know you can do what you want with it. I am not aware of any curve changes from placement on a turbo car.

I've read that but it still doesnt answer my question of how close I can put the AFM to the turbo inlet. How much does the heat make a difference on the actual AFM? Basically does it matter where I mount it?

give yourself a few inches if it is too close the turbo's induction will cause turbulence and mess with the readings some. i.e dont mount the maf to the turbo inlet with just a coupler
