Bent front sub-frame, How to replace???
So when i got into my accident on newyears i broke a wheel, and the passenger control arm on the front. I just went to get it alligned today and it turns out the front subframe is bent. How exactly should i go about changing it? Im very mechanically inclined, i would just like some hints if you guys have some. thanks!

Like they suggested. You NEED to be able to support the frame with a couple of jack stands and something to hold the engine up off the motor mounts while you disassymble the front frame and put the new one in.
I've done this on a 86na car, but it was mostly intuitive on how to. If the FSM has a procedure, that's fine also.
