hahahaha. no. close, but off by a lot of things
1) s4 sway bar end links. different
2) s4 control arms, different
3) t2 sway bars, different
4) t2 brake setup, different all the way around.

s4 had different sway bar end links up front and front control arms had replaceable ball joints.
