The people WERE bashing and flaming BDC, hence the TWO thread clean-ups...now, it's time for **** state thread editing.
Y'all brought it on yourselves and I have no sense of humor in such matters...enjoy the vacations --- not you, rotordad, the other two bums who were much less eloquent than yourself.

Just got home. Haven't finished putting it all together yet. Might change the latter alcohol nozzle from a 10 to a 15. Still need to do water and oil, the starter, and a couple other nick nacks.

It runs. Man it's loud. Also vibrates a lot from the solid mounts. Been a long time since I've driven it and I'd forgotten what it was like.
So far so good. Everything appears to be 100%. Got the base timing zero'd out and the MSD 850 boxes work. Went and got the car washed to get all the tree sap and crap off of it. It needs paint and bodywork pretty badly. Oh well. It'll come with time I suppose.
Friend of mine Mario and I got an in-dash video and a few engine bay pictures. I'll post 'em up later on.

Took a few engine bay photos today. Also found a problem with a pinched line going to the MAP sensor/FPR (the -3 ss-braided line). MAP sensor's barely reading vacuum making the car run funky. Swapping it out with one w/ a 90* end on one side to fix it. Otherwise, no issues.

So 130+mph in street trim for 1/4mile test. I want to see what power this actually makes...
When will it be doing a test to confirm the power?

The Big Ugly!
I'm pretty sure you missed something! Lets take a moment & look at more than the last few post. Oh wait the xtreme editing may have thrown you off. Alcohol Injection would be the answer you were looking for, thus the reason why you see no IC.

Discovered a few more bugs last night I need to work out before I can go dyno this damn thing:
- Possibly replace TPS
- Boost controller not powering on
- Attempting to boost to the moon; may need to remove the WG lines and controller solenoid to figure it out
If it ain't one thing, it's somethin' else with cars.

Changed out TPS's. Pulled the Haltech one off as it was sending funky signals to the ECU making it engage the throttle pumps at random times at low throttle. I borrowed an S5 TPS from another body and modified its bracket to fit on the existing TB I've got. Everything seems to work there now. Thanks Tony for the tip.
Also made a -4AN line to replace the -3 brake line I was using for the MAP/FPR sources. It was too skinny. -4 works great. A tip for those of ya'll who might try that.
It's only boosting on the spring right now so I'm hanging around 11-12psi. Alcohol's comin' on and AFR's are around low 11's:1. Still need to fix a few things before I can really get on it. The radiator/oil cooler needs ducting badly, boost controller isn't working and the boost w/ all hoses plugged in is going to the stratosphere (top hose unplugged), and the exhaust needs better hanging.
It's always somethin'.

I will once I figure out how it will be done. I doubt I'll personally do it. I've got a couple friends who are good metal workers who could come up with something much better than I think I can.
Got the boost controller working. Boosted to 15lbs yesterday and it held just fine. Am going to start doing some 1bar tuning on it here real soon (if I don't today) to see what kind of air temps the thing is holding. Also considering swapping the M10 and M15 nozzles back and forth and sticking the M15 in front of the 10 further upstream to see if it makes any difference on charge temps at the same boost in the same hot weather. It may lead to clues on how much intake piping is needed along with the distance needed for an alcohol injector to get all (or most) of the alcohol to flash prior to hitting the throttle body/manifolds.
