Battery Suggestions?

Umm....I am NOW looking for a long lasting battery that will hold a good charge through some serious weather. I don't really know my batteries so just throw some names out there.

Battery stuff

The reason the voltage jumps is that the battery has a (good thing) stabilizing effect on the alternator. You risk 'blowing' your alternator by shutting of battery with engine running.

the yellow top isn't really made for cars(I think). Go with the red top.
