first of all the rear calipers turn in clock wise. A C - clamp will not do it.
DO NOT PUSH THE CALIPER IN!!!

Most part stores sell a little square cube thing to turn in your caliper. Great tool to have and under 20.00.

hahahaha that's funny anyways sucks about your arm but yeah your supposed to use an adapter kit and twist the rears in, by you forcing pressure on them you may of inflicted damage.

Holy ******* grammar Batman! I would love to answer that question but my headache is now so bad, I have to look away.

Good luck with your breaks and paying for lay bore.

I literally just did this last night with a pair of needle nose plyers. It really isn't hard if you're not a pu***. Just squeeze real tight and turn slowly.

Seriously they turn in clockwise. You had to have broke the other one with force. YOU WILL NEED A NEW BRAKE CALIPER!

Yeah......... You Probably broke your drivers side caliper. You might be able to rent a rear brake tool from your auto parts store, or buy one at harbor freight for 25 bucks.
The rear caliper have sort of a screw inside. As the pads get lower it turns out. You have to turn it clockwise back in with the mentioned tool. IMO the "cube" tool sucks hard.

Yeah I've had much better luck with a needle nose than the cube.
