That's a really ignorant statement...
The Microtech O2 sensor input is for closed-loop control, just like nearly every other programmable ECU out there. This is specifically what the O2 sensor was designed for.
You need to tee into this signal wire for the A/F gauge, which should only be used for general engine monitoring, not tuning.

Jason, Graham Is right, just that he didn't present It all that nice.
The O2 Sensor function will not affect any of the other functions If there Is no O2 Sensor connected to the Microtech.
I made all my connections directly to the LT8 ie. Power/Ground/O2 Sensor and It worked out clean as can be.
Aaron should have known better., considering he helped me with the LT8 Install. I guess It's blurry to him b'c It was getting dark. The O2 Sensor wire running off the LT8 Is Black/Red.

Most people who critisise A/F gauges are talking about their ability to do something they were never designed to do, i.e. accurately read full-load mixtures.
