Question Atkins aftermarket gasket set. Better, worse or equivelent to OEM gasket set ?

Im getting my engine rebuilt by rotaryresurrection.com, i noticed he uses the atkins aftermarket gasket kit for his rebuilds, and today someone told me the gaskets in that arent high quality. Also noticed the oem mazda set is 50$ more than the atkins set.

Well should i request to get the oem set cuz theyre alot bette(another 50 bucks) ,? I was just concerned after someone telling me the atkins set is cheaper quality

I'd talk to Kevin @ Rotary Resurrection about it, He's very knowledgable about these cars and can probably answer that question as well if not better than any member on this forum.

He will prolly post in here...just give him time.

But I have heard nothing but good about Kevin...so I dont think he would skimp on the gaskets.

Just my 2 cents.

you get what you pay for. The OEM is better quality. The atkins ones seal just fine, just aren't as reusable.
