The radio antenna will not retract it's stuck in the extended position. Where do I get a replacement automatic one? Thanks

 

If the antenna motor works but the shaft does not retract then the plastic strap inside has likely broken. Mazdatrix sells the replacement part.

Sometimes my antenna doesn't go down on the 90 Vert. A little push and it starts right up and retracts. Try it, it's free.

 

It wouldn't be so "stuck up" if you talked to it once in awhile!.
The power antenna is a "vandal item" around here (snap),so I just went to Walmart and got a Rubber short antenna.It works like a charm.

 

Yes, very inviting to a vandal right now. I'll try pushing it down and see what happens. Plastic strap? Where is that on the unit?

I can pull it up and push it down against some resistance, so I guess the mast is not connected to the motor. I tried switching the radio off and on, nothing.
