Question Almost there...but need a some help

After running into a few problems( burned ECU, serious electrical problems, cracked manifold, wrong fuel pump, blown muffler, dead battery, wrong plugs and I need new shocks) most of them are now taken care of. The car runs with no major problems and Im begining to enjoy driving it. I do have a little problem with the lights though. The lights pop up when I turn off the car and they stay up. When I turn the key before cranking the engine they go down. My seat belt does not go foward or back utill I turn the head light on or just hit the hazards. The hazards also pop up the head lights. I'm guessing they're all ralated but I can't seem to figuere it out. Can anyone help me out with this?

did you swap harnesses or engines or something, because from your symptoms you have a bunch of things not tied together effecting each other

I got the car about a month ago. I seems that someone did some work and did a lot of **** jobs and did not really know rotaries. Vacum hoses were wrong or missing, bolts were missing and messed up electronics. I think they put another used engine in. Im just glad I got past the major problems.

why are you bumping??? Please do not bump unless at least 24 hours have gone by... otherwise other members will think you are an impatient baby and may not help you.

Based on the randomness of your problems you can do two things. First go through the entire car check the wiring grounds and then reground them. Then ground the dash frame in two locations. That or you could goto the forsale section for the FC and by an entire front harness, and dash harness. Then replace all your existing ones. Make sure you specify you want a clean harness with no cuts or splices.
