ACV/EGR diaphram?

ACV/EGR diaphram?
i remember reading something about changing the diaphram on the ACV or the EGR valve a while ago to get them back in working order... where can you get that part to "rebuild" the valve?
Are you talking about the Check Valve that Is within the ACV Valve?
In terms of the Diaphram In the EGR Valve, If It needs replacing, due to a rupture, than the whole Valve Is no good.
