90 n/a engine modifications

i have a 90 vert n/a. what would be the best thing to do to the engine to get as much horsepower and torque that it can? except swaping the engine.

get rx8 rotors, and rx8 e shaft. and do massive weight reduction. hopefully by then, your vert might be comparable to a s5 coupe? might sound pessimistic but just being honest. go manual for windows, door, eliminate sunroof. oh wait, ur a vert. nvm. go with aluminum hood, aluminum fenders, aluminum body parts for the most part.

im thinking i might just beef it up a little bit then sell it and by a hatch that is already turboed.
