Running 720cc X 4 Injectors on a stock engine, @ 43.5 psi, and 80% duty cycle, you will be able to support about 290 rwhp. On a stock engine, even with a T04 you will not make much more than this anyways, unless you run high pressure ratios. If you plan on porting the engine you might consider running 720cc prim, 1300cc sec.

Or if your pump can support it, you can raise fuel pressure (add adjustable FPR). Also, why would you need a modified fuel rail to run 720s?
racingbeat down pipe
3.0 inch custom piping
apex dunk muffler
You will not be able to use the Racing Beat downpipe with the T04 unless or modify it (still may not work, depends on fitment). You will need a V-band flange welded to a custom dp. The RB dp is only 2.5" as well, which is too small for a T04 application, IMO.
Trust T04e turbo upgrade
HKS Turbo manifold
Tial 40mm wastegate
Racingbeat pop-off valve
Trust sells mitsubishi turbos, not garrett. I would find a reputable Garrett turbo builder, and have them build you the spec turbo you are looking for. Also, if at all possible I would run an XS divided manifold, with a divided turbine housing.

Do not use a pop-off valve either.
act stage 2 clutch
10lbs flywheel
rack and pinion
I don't know what "stage 2" entails, but I would use a ACT HD PP, with a 6-puck. Make sure the 10 lbs flywheel has a resurfaceable steel insert, so you don't destroy it permenantly.

If you have all this money to blow, I would focus on a stand-alone and a street port. This will open up a world of power and reliability that the stock engine/ecu can not offer.

Just my .02

Why not go with a bridge port and and a gt350? the 3gens guys get great power with those.....definatly run a standalone get new sensors and all that, and make friends with the local perfomance tunners..
