Well the last couple of days i have been working on the interior. I have painted a couple of parts black, mostly becuase i like black rather then grey. I wanted to make it stand out a little bit more and make it a little updated, so i painted the vents red. I regret doing that now, it was a royal pain. The vents took forever to get back together. I also painted teh door sills black and i taped up the lines and the part that says mazda and painted those red. It makes it look much better.

Heres some pics.

Wow guys thanks for all the remarks on my interior. i guess you guys dont like it oh well.

Today i finished my fuel system part of the car. Yesterday i put my walbro fuel pump in and today i put my 720cc injectors in.

Me and alex(purivianrx7) put the primary and secondary rail in with all the fuel hoses.

well the safc 2 came in today and me and alex hooked it up today. he did most of the work becuase he was showing me how to solder. it was fun and the safc works. it doesnt do me any good untill i get the engine back together though. im getting close. i put new injector plugs in and rewraped the injecotr harness in electrical tape. the uim is on also now. i am in the process of porting the TB, then it will go on next.

i havent figured where i want to mount it. most likely it is going to go where the ash tray was. i am waiting on a stero suround for my car.

pics of safc install

Well im going to be puting the turbo + rest of the stuff hopefully on saturday. but i was wondering since i have a s4 should i keep the twin scroll or junk it? i read different things about it. i know it helps spool up but does it block air flow when its not in use?

UPDATE:

ive been workign on the acr for a while now. it is mostly put together now. i started it up today and there is a huge fuel and oil leak. so soon i will be searching for where ever that is. but here are soem pics of where i am now.

What is this?and where does it go. the other side just have a vacum line on it. do i need it?

what are these also? i know one is the injector resistor pack, but what about the rest? ive removed the vacum rack and all emissions. do i need all of this stuff?

i will not be using this setup for an intake. i went to autozone and advanced auto parts but neither of them had a K&N to fit my S4 AFM adapter. so im gonna order one from jegs tonight. and im buildign my own TID so it needs to be matched to the filter i get.

The first picture is the line that plugs into your TID. It comes from the charcoal canister. The gas vapors that make it past the canister are sucked into the intake and burned. I am not sure about the second picture.

As far as solenoids/emissions stuff that you can remove, go here.

I did all of this to my 88 TII and it did not effect idle at all. Let me know if you have any questions.

As far the the second picture, I think it could be the fuel pump resistor relay.
