The hose connector there is one that is about and inch high that connect the top of the front cover of the turbo to a metal piece that goes to another hose thats about 4 inches long then has a 90 degree bend that goes to the IC.

Damn not shabby at all for 160+k!!!!

Nice job.
I would be careful with the turbo. I am not rebuilding mine myself because I do not have the equipment to make sure everything is balanced. You don't want that thing rubbing the compressor housing when it's over 80,000 rpms!

So are you keeping the Rats nest or limiting what your using?

I am but I'm confused as hell still on what Vac hoses to keep.

If you pressed for a Hose, than use a small section off a Rad Hose. It's what I did when I tore the exact same one you need right now.

you need ot mark the wheel in correlation to the shaft when you pull them apart! otherwise you will have to get it balanced again!

Why does this thread have 5 stars on it???

Get the paint off the pulleys where the belts contact the inside grooves.  It's going to cause the belt to slip if you leave the paint there.

I noticed you removed the air pump - you really should run a double-sheave alternator pulley and double belts.  The water pump tends to slip with just one belt.

What happened to the original hoses?  Did you lose them?  They are reinforced and almost never fail, even coated with oil and crud.  The smaller one (#2) is 2" ID and about 2" long.  I dunno which hose is the 90-degree one, as the inlet and outlet hoses are different on Zenki/S4 turbos - inlet is 1.75" in/2" out; outlet is 2" in/2" out.  If you want silicone replacements, there's a guy named High Temp Silicone (I think) in here who makes those things.

I bought the hoses off a guy from teamfc3s.org and my old hoses were covered in jb weld and were very hard and they cracked. I got new ones. Ok i guess it would be a good idea to get a dual alternator pully.

Thanks for the tip about the paint on the pullies. That could have been trouble when it is put back together.
