Question 87 RX7 NO Crank issue PLEASE HELP!

87 RX7 Turbo II
M/T
Sitting for 7 years and i've been tasked with reviving it.

Here's my diagnosis to help get an understanding

Clean Battery terminals on battery and starter, haven't cleaned - ground on block
Battery 12.3-12.6
Headlights/ Taillights come on and work
no dummy lights but back lighting works even the dimmer works
Jumped the starter wire and it turns on the starter and i get spark as well with key on so I am thinking that there is something in the middle of the line that is causing disruption.
No click on the main 80 amp relay which is what i heard it would do.
there is a click, driver side fender, in the back by firewall, its gold and it makes a click guessing starter solenoid not sure but its by where the hood hinges are.
You don't hear the fuel pump come on like a buzzing but i think i hear the injectors clicking as well when i jump that wire.
checked 2 fuses inside under dash, engine and (something ST) Cant remember lol but they were fine

I believe thats all i got so anyone could help that'd be great thank you

In the corner of the engine bay nearest the driver, you'll find the trailing ignition coils. Underneath them and sort of near the firewall is a six-pin black connector. This connector will either be plugged into another connector if you have the factory alarm with immobilizer, or plugged into a blue connector with a single jumper wire across it if you do not have the factory alarm.

If you have either of the above, disconnect it and check to make sure the pins aren't dirty or corroded. Then reconnect and see what happens. If you have nothing plugged into this connector, you need to make a jumper as the starter will not turn without this connection.

If that isn't the issue, and the starter is known good since you tested it, the likely cause is the alarm, ignition switch or possibly it's connectors. You can always make a jumper if need be for testing purposes so that you can start the car, and worry about restoring the immobilizer function later if you want. I don't know enough about the factory alarm to help with that unfortunately.

If you find no jumper there and need to make one, let me know and I'll grab a picture of mine so you know what it looks like.

Best of luck, let us know what you find

EDIT: Oh, and you won't hear the fuel pump whirring. On FCs it is controlled by a switch in the air flow meter, and won't activate unless air is flowing. Since you can't crank, air won't flow.
