Hellp everyone first time rotary owner just took my engine apart and I was concerned with a rotor housing. Not sure if I can resurface it or have to buy a new one. Any info would be greatly appreciated thanks again

 

Based on that single picture. the housing looks fine.

The shiny wear spot is created by the corner piece of the apex seal.
