5200rpm in 5th gear....car doesn't like

Not every time, but often enough when I hit about 5200-5300 in 5th, it seems like a governor hits. Most of the time letting off the gas then stomping on it again solves it. Anyone know what this could be?

5200 in 5th? Damn you trying to cruise around at like 120mph or something? lol Maybe it's wind resistance
