5200 hesitation/lag on my turbo

Wether Im under boost or not under boost, my car has suddenly started to bog out around 5200-5300 rpms. I have reason to believe that my TPS is not working properly. Would this be my issue or could it me something else?

thank you for the link, I have a spare, I will swap them soon. I thought I heard there was a write up on how to build a TPS calibration device. Anyone know where this might be?

Pull off the cold start fast idle cam so the throttle is on the hard idle stop & set the TPS to 1K ohms.
