3rd gear blocker ring
Basics- 87 T2 tranny
problem- Grind into 3rd either going up or coming down into gear.
Background info- This tranny was rebuild cause I was replacing the engine and added a light weight f/w clutch combo. There where no problems to start with! THIS WAS A PM REBUILD (140K +) never a problem before.
The tranny is apart now with now signs of any reason for my 3rd gear not to be getting slowed down by blocker ring for some reason.
Has this been seen by anyone else ( guru's only) ? I don't need info from untrained/under-infomed persons.
