Buzzing when start up, also hard to start, help!

Occasionally when i start up, i hear this buzzing coming from the dash for a minute or so, then it goes away, i had the car for about a month, and its happened about 3 times, usually when its cold or damp out. Usually in those conditions, i also have a hard time starting, it seems to flood really quick, and usually i can get it to start if i pull out my leading plugs and blow them off. My leading plugs are usually soaked, and my trailing are dry. Could this be a sign of the leading pack taking a crap, not giving a good enough spark. Also i've noticed if i run a higher octane gas it gives it a harder time starting, any ideas?

A problem I was having with a buzzing at start-up was my coolant sensor. I would check that first....make sure your coolant is topped off, and the sensor is in properly and connected. Otherwise...???

Are any of the idiot lights lighting up when it buzzes? What mods do you have? Have you verified all the bulbs in the idiot cluster work?
