2 Questions:

1. Does Apex'i N1 exhaust system bolt up to the stock CAT or the stock header?

2. My ebrake warning light won't go off. I looked in the Haynes manual but couldn't find where the sensor or whatever would be.

2. You need to put in ebrake fluid.

On number 2 there, I had the problem but here's how I fixed it. You need to get the rear wheels off, have the car plenty high enough in the air to see the entire parking brake cable, from the wheels to the T and into the car. With the brake on, check to see it the T is straight. The T I'm talking about is where the single cable from the ebrake handle is tied to a bar which is attached to the two seperate cables running to each rear caliper. If it's straight, great, if not you have to go to each individual wheel and make an adjustment where it attaches to the caliper(sort of a screw inside a screw type adjuster to lengthen or shorten travel of the cable). After this, open the ebrake handle itself, pull off the little clip thingie on the cable end, and adjust the cable length to have the proper amount of handle pull to set the brakes. While you are doing this, lube everything, all cables and joints - especially at the caliper. I'm still not 100% sure where the little light sensor is but since what I just said fixed mine, I don't need to know. Hopefully you'll have the same luck in your fix.

"Brake" light on could also mean low fluid in the master cyl (MRX Rotary said that above, but didn't know if "e-brake fluid was a joke or not )...Or a bad level sensor/wiring...

While under the car changing the oil, I did notice a bit of fluid around the passenger side wheel. Also, my ebrake has never been strong enough to hold the car. Leaking master cyl?

Pull out the center console. That is where the ebrake sensor is. Perhaps it is grounded all the time causing the light to remain on.

Thanks for the suggestion

Forgot to mention, the light goes off sometimes, while I'm driving down the road. Now, that sounds like it could be a sensor in the cylinder, or even the sensor....

I used my ebrake today to do a nice 180 in a parking lot. I got the same problem but it just started like two days ago. Well I'll make sure to look at all that ****.

Brake fluid has nothing to do with the ebrake - its a completely seperate brake system. If it never held, it's obviously out of adjustment, or broken(doubtful though). If you have a little mechanical know-how, adjustment like I said is very easy. If you need pics or diagrams, look for a factory service manual, there's a few online sites with it.

Yeah, my ebrake light conveniently came on with it not applied on the way to the dealers for a recall. They said it was just low on fluid.
