Blow torch it.
Seriously, get a propane torch and put it on the front bolt for a few minutes to loosen the lock-tite. After that, it should come off with the impact gun.

Before I knew about that, I actually sheared off a craftsman 1/2" impact grade adapter trying to get the damn bolt off. The guy just stared at me and gave me a full refund (this was after I stripped out the gears on my craftsman socket wrench.)

i took the fllywheel off and locked the counter weight wiht a socket wedged between the bolts, heated the ******, and took a 4ft long pipe. if you even take a breaker bar and hit the thing at t he center of the bar, sometimes t he vibrations cause the locktite to break

geez..like a hot knife through butter, got a propane bottle and went at it only took maybe 5 mins to heat it up than with my impact gun came right off. since this is a newer rebuild i guess the locktite was doing its job. most other front ecc shaft bolts come right off since they were installed 10-15+ years ago

Heat it. The Loctite needs to be released. It may take a few heat cycles but it will come out. If you have a good torch (oxy-gas) then get it cherry red and it will be easy to remove.

I use a cherry picker at the end of a breaker bar, 1-2 tons of lift will break any bolt
