13B Turbo Microtech Tuning Timing

Hi this is my first post here I have a turbo fc and I am learning how to tune, I have the fuel maps and stage settings all good, but what I dont understand too well is the timing part, especially on the ecu I recently purchased (Microtech LT10C with X4)

The engine is a s5 block 88 turbo rotors, doweled large street port with 850cc primaries 2000 secondaries and I installed 4 individual trailing coils for ignition,t70 turbo

Now, I know that with the CAS properly stabbed and the engine timed properly with a timing light adjusting it to the yellow leading mark on the pulley(with timing lock) the true timing of the engine is 5*ATDC and with the static timing set at 0*, the degrees showing in the Trpm and Tmap are actually 5 degrees higher than true timing.... for now thats what I understand. But this is my first time tuning timing and I really would like to know at least the basics in timing of these engines since I really enjoy working on these cars and dont want to blow up my engine because of too much timing.... this engine ran almost 30psi of boost on a haltech F9 and the factory ecu controlling timing but now with this new setup I want to know at least the basics on how much timing I should run depending on rpm and boost, now the engine is on wastegate spring pressure only (8-9psi) but I plan on turning it up once I get comfortable tuning this engine.

From what Ive read and people have told me I can run like 30 degrees on low rpm and high vacuum but as rpms increase and the engine is at 0psi and over, subtract like 1 o 2 degrees of timing per pound of boost? what kind of timing do people usually run at 20 25 30psi? Thank you guys any help is appreciated here are my timing maps ( I know they are probably way off) but just asking to be atleast on the safe side
