lt-10s timing and handset help

I have a turboII swap into my na running the lt-10s, or trying to atleast. I am using the basemaps that silverrotor posted. When I check the timing with the timing light the marks are not always present and when the are they jump around. No matter which way I adjust the CAS the timing is just as bad or worse.

Now, on the handset on the data screen where it tells the timing degrees. Mine is at 00 BTDC, and it never changes, under any condition. I believe it should give me something like 5 ATDC. Is this assumption right? Could my CAS be broken or wired incorrectly, the car does start and run...... just like crap.

By the way, anyone have a shop they recommend in the northeast united states region for tuning my lt-10s rx7
