Obviously the connections do not exist on the S5 engine harness to run the twins turbos sequentially. However, if you wanted to go through the headache of making a custom DP and converting the twins to non-sequential, you could run them if you want. Personally I wouldn't bother.

And there are many ways to run the turbos themselves with vacuum/boost activatd switches, rpm switches, and a lot of other methods. This way you can set up your Fuel map and boost pressures to get you the best performance instead of relying on the ECU to figure out when to switch turbos. This could be an on going adjustable method to change the car from low end to top end power, play with your tourque curve and powerband itself, and not to mention help during break-in periods on new bearings!
2 boost controllers, one should be electronic and capable of being programed so it only starts working after a certain RPM (both being of this nature would be better).
1 RPM switch, a relay and 4-6 (depending on counting boost controllers or not) 3 way vacuum/boost solenoids and you can run the twins.
Thats all I'm doing with the haltech and it works pretty dam good. I found it remarkably easy to get a 10-10-15 boost pattern.
But then anything is better than non sequential.

Wiring the TPS is 4 wires, which happen to be the same colors on both the FC and Cosmo so it is pretty simple to do here is the "how-to" : http://www.banzai-racing.com/how_to_cosmo_tps.htm
So the Answer is YES, you can use the FC engine harness on a Cosmo engine, swapping a couple of connectors out is much easier than installing a Microtech. Which to install you would have to wire up all the same connectors that you would have had to swap to use the FC harness.

Good luck finding that TPS plug, cause it doesn't come on any US model that I know of.
Even though the FD3S TPS looks similar, the electrical plug isn't the same.
Cross you fingers you can grab one off a J-spec motor...

I got like 4 of them in my garage. Anyone needs on they can have it for the cost of a six pack. But I am sure there are many other people here that can provide one.
And the pins are the same form factor, so yeah get a couple of pics or a saftey pin and re pin into the new plug in the correct way.
I think the question was really if you can use an S5 harness with another ecu, the answer is yes, if you can read a wiring diagram. Or pay someone who can.
Haltech actually makes a "plug an play" patch harness for the S5, so thats the easy choice.
