And yes Aaron has the car now.

And I just bought another TurboII (except in WAY less better shape, plus it's an S4) but it's FASTER!!! haha!! Gotta get this one to the track and see what I can do.. hopefully it doesn't explode from goofy tuning.

Oh and it's RX7WithNitrous's car I just picked up, yeah it's fast, but it needs some work, but yeah it's fast.

Hmmmm... I wonder what kind of time my car can run on track assuming that I get a good launch.

My good friend has a 10th anniversary car. The car has about 97k on the chasis, about 7k if even on the mazda reman. The upgrades the car had were air pump and air conditioning removal, fuel pump, an electric cooling fan, RB 3" downpipe, custom 3" exhaust. The car ran a 13.8 here at Quaker. I don't have the time slip to back it up at this point, but can get a picture of it if anyone wants to see. This time was achieved after we drove the car there, and put bags of ice on the intercooler to chill her down. The car usually is good for a low 14 second pass, this was just the best so far....

I agree with Arizona, it just depends on how much boost you wanna run and how lean you wanna go. Plus if you wanna run race gas you do not have to retard the timing so much. As far as people saying the hybrids are lucky to hit mid 12s, where do they get that? There are plenty of hybrids hitting mid 12s fairly easy.

YUP! Just ask Bryan at BNR, what people with the Stage 2 and 3 hybrid turbos are running. He has one customer who ran a 12.3 on radials and pump gas, on a stage 2.

I say if you want to know how fast your car can run the 1/4 mile, then you should get out from in front of the computer, either go to a track or find a road you can mark off a 1/4 mile, and then run it. that should give you a pretty good idea of how fast it would run.
