I think Speed Machine Performance made CF center surrounds, but they seem to have disappeared. Maybe you could find someone selling a used one?

He was selling them on here as well, under the name 13beef I think. It was a group buy that didn't get off the ground.

Hypertek: trust me I so didn't make this myself, I bought it just like most ppl would.. cost about 150 US for both bits... was a while back now.
