oh absolutely and your absolutely right that i probably lost some flow. but my physics professor tried to explain that is practically a hydraulic system and the flow lost would be minimal (to be honest it was way over my head). the other thing was all the electric booster (scavenge) pumps I found were low psi high cfm pumps (for diffs and transmissions and such) that would do no good at 110psi. so it would have to be mechanical... so F that!

as far as the speedbump...
there are two steel plates that i welded to the frame (my IC mounts) that also sit 1/2 Inch lower than my intercooler. so np there... btw thats also my only jack point on the front.

Will you do a copy to me in the future of that front undertray? I'm starting building my car but it's gonna take a few year before I finish it. At least engine wise is all done...

honestly its pretty flipen awsome. my ecu controlls the wp to it cycels itself theres no thermostat in the line anywhere. so the temp SHOOTS fror 210 to 195 and then creeps up. Im running evans cooling so im not to worried about the stagnate flow. and when I push hard it only shuts off for 5 to 10 sec every 30 or so...
If your going to do more DD i would go constant duty with a T stat.

very nice. my friends mechanic uses a rear mounted oil cooler on his fd and he says that it works amazing for temps all around. though, he uses twin radiators mounted where the stock oil coolers should go.

Nice car, really, looks like a lot of hard work and R&D went into it.
couple questions
-is that the shine front bumper?
-how much would you charge for a ENCLOSED front undertray like that?
-why are you running the stock AFM? Specs on the car? All that bodywork, you must have a standalone...
-by autox, are you dogding cones, or doing solo timeattacks on tracks, it looks more suited to big tracks than quick cone dodging. If so, post up some times!
-Is the difference in grip/downforce most noticable with that rea rear wing or rear diffuser, like IF you could only run ONE, which do you think makes a bigger difference?
Thanks!

the front under tray is pretty easy to make. just a jug saw... the lexan is clear when you pull off the sheeting, so just get the car in the air pull the plastic pack (just where you need to see it to attach it and you can trace with a marker where you need to cut) leave the front long in tell you get it bolted (i used nut certs in the front bumper and on the IC flange i welded on to attach it in the center, you may need to make something to support the center.
If I were to charge to make it It would have to be a custom piece as my fitment will be different from every other fc. so materials +1 day? labor ~300?
Im only running 3 psi wile I get the suspension and chasse in order so I just have the AFM tweaked, I have a haltech e8 ready for it. Im using autox as a way to shakedown stuff. will be doing full track stuff as soon as i have real brakes.
Ok BEFORE the rear wing was installed just adding the front under tray and the rear difuser I got at least a FULL mile to the gallon more on the freeway, honestly it seems like a little more like 2, but somehow i think thats imposable...
the car certainly "feels" more solid and somehow "cleaner" after but it could just be my imagination...
if just one? the diffuser absolutly.

that car is fierce looking! Those screws sticking out of the side look dangerous! And that wing... It's ******' huge! Everything about the car reminds me of some dark monster, lurking in the dark!
Not my style of car, but still very cool!!
