Bought this car 3 years ago completely stock and drove it over the winter for the past 2 seasons and finally I'm buying a winterbeater and storing this. Over the winter I'm taking off the Ms-01's and refinishing them to the original gold/polished lip - still gotta find centre caps though.

no no no..... I was using steelies with winter tires. Rust sprayed twice per winter - it's my only car!
I'm looking at picking up an 89 mx6 turbo as a winterbeater lol

i'm kinda diggin the black ms-01's, i think they'd look pretty good with a polished lip on em. although i do understand your desire to go back to the original color scheme
