Man, my daily decided to be a jealous bitch and destroy itself.

The FC is now my daily. With the wake that Sandy left us up here in NJ I'm not sure if I am gonna finish anytime soon.

Patience is a virtues, I suppose.

I faired pretty well in comparison to others. Some trees down. Fence was blown down and a bunch of snapped power lines. I'm still living in the dark!

haha a lot of people ask that, and it's not raked nearly that much any more. Still reverse raked slightly, but just barely.

As far as why, it feels awesome going sideways, and makes transitions super easy. Almost no need to weight transfer at all.

Once I can get some 5x114.3 25mm spacers, I can move the +38's to the front and run the +17's in the rear. I also need camber links so I can pull them out in the rear and get flusher!

Here's another pic for ***** and gigs

Also picked up this Recaro the other day, bolted right onto the stock sliders, love every bit of it.

ill post some more pictures here shortly of more angles, but it wasnt too bad just to do the wheels, i picked up two cans of black from home depot, and they were like $5 a can, i cleaned the $hit out of the wheels and sprayed away, the trick with plastidip is to spray light coats and keep layering, so i did a light coat on one wheel then worked my way around each wheel, i used both cans on the the 4 wheels. Keep in mind the first few coats dont cover like normal spray paint, Just keep building it since you pretty much are spraying rubber on it lol. But it turns out really really well. When this winter hits and my friend gives me back my jeep im going to plastidip my whole car gloss red. I need to do some body work first fill some holes fix some dents then i will be spraying the entire car using about 2-3 gallons on the whole car.

you guys wouldn't happen to know which grain of sandpaper I should use for the plastic parts for my 7? For the paint, I believe it was 600 or 800....

600-800 is really coarse you probably want to go something more fine like1000 grit or so do a wet sand on them, they will be much better if you do,

800 is smooth enough for a base clear set up. That's What I sanded my whole car with before I sprayed it

Well 800 for me is to coarse, I would hit 800 wet sand then finish it off with 1000 wet sand just to get an even better surface that's just me, that's what I did on my last Rx7 and the paint came out fantastic

to each their own. I always seal my cars before spraying them too though so 1000 isnt necessary
