Mine have all smelled nice. except the exhaust...

 

all FC's smell the same

 

On a mountain drive with a few other 7's, an FB guy comes over and lookes in the FC beside mine and says 'Why do all FC's smell like rot?' He then walked over to mine and said 'Oh you must have an air freshener'. Never gonna forget that...

 

Both of my 7's have been the same as well ... Even if you have an air freshener in the car, still doesn't do it for me.

 

the smell is like roaches! Don't matter what the hell we do. its gonna come back. XD

 

Mine always smelled like exhaust, oil, and... My girl. I'm going to put in some awesome honda seats... I kinda hope the smell doesn't change much.

pretty much every FC i've ever been in smelled the same.

 

that smell i find calming... if i had a bad day... id go sit in my car for a little bit...

 

every FC I have been in has the same smell too - including my vert

 

I dont feel weird now thinking i was the only one.

I'll have a seat, light a cigarette and practice my heel-toe.

haha, i did that today.

i actually had a good day, and when i got home i went into the garage and sat in my FC long enough to drink a cold can cold mountain dew...it was a good way to top off the day.

 

The smell of wet sound dending, oil/gas, gear oil, rust, and just 20 year old car.

My girl hates it, I love it

 

driving fcs smells the same as mowing lawns

nothing like the smell of contracting cancer.....

 

There are two points that always seem to be made in these "FC smell" threads. One is that the interior plastics and adhesives in even a nicely maintained FC have a distinctive odor that some like and some hate. The other is that a lot of guys here have badly broken cars that smell like oil, mildew, gasoline, exhaust fumes, etc.
