you increase the flow rate *there was a thread on here where someone bench tested the flow rates before and after his porting*.

And remove /reroute the coolant heater lines so you keep the intake charge cool.

I think your turbo is going to be the bottleneck in your car now, esp since your porting everything esp rocking the elec fan.. your car is gonna be a beast!

good luck this time around.

why aren't you using vaseline to help hold all the seals on the rotors during the assembly?

yeah lol that would help. Will do that in the future. I just use rtv sealant for the waterseals, and as for the corner seals and sideseals I use alittle bit of motor oil so they are smooth. I just have to becareful not to drop the seals when putting the rotor in lol

i need the money ***** ruff lately, the car didnt sell the winner didnt have the loot anyways i guess i will be driving her in cali soon

But on the reals bro i bet if this one blows you will tear it down and rebuild it again ... but look at it this way its goona fire up and its gonna run, just dont let it sit at idle for too long this time.

When breaking her , actually break it in by driving it dont let it sit, its best if you burn all that crap off under normal driving than risking a coolant seal letting it idle.

Remember sitting a rotary on idle for a long time is a blown engine waiting to happen. For warm ups just turn the car on , by the time you adjust ur mirrors, seatbelt, seat, radio, that should be more than enough time and when you take off drive as normal as possible until full operating temp.

When people tell me they let their cars warm up to 180 degrees before driving in the mornings it puzzles me. I am sure a couple of oldschool and knowledgable rotor head will chimmy in as well with me.

Now remember no sideways action till you break it in....

So I bought the fluids, coolant oil, filter. Poured coolant and it was leaking from the waterpump. The rtv sealant wasnt holding it. SO I had to take the waterpump out and I went and bought some sealant made for waterpump and thermostat coolant gasket maker. Put it back together and just let it dry. Put coolant in , oil, filter , wired the starter.. Its ready to fire up. The only problem is its 12am , my neighbors will get mad. So I will have to wait till morning to fire it up heheh. cant wait !! Fire up on thanks giving day !

sigh.. the waterpump still leaks. Im going to find another replacement.. I tried to start it, no luck . Im going to change the setup.

Im going switch everything over to s4 t2.. to find a s4 t2 harness, pressure sensor, tps, injectors, and afm.
Going to make it right. Running the na harness and s5 tps,s4 afm, and s5 injectors, and s4 t2 ecu is just not right.
