okay was about to unbolt everything, but i wanted one last try. I pushed the starter button and it cranks!? 3 days ago it was jammed, i thought my engine was seized. I started the engine and reved it to 3.5 for 20 seconds, then let it go it idled at 1700..Weird..I drove it and it over heated in less than one minute of driving, took it back on my driveway and it was boiling hot in the ccollant overflow tank, and engine was overheating too.

i dont get it????

check your thermostat and change your radiator cap,

same thing happened to me, turned out my radiator cap spring was fucked, which cause the car to over heat and coolant to over flow from the resevour.

Jumper the initial set coupler and get a timing light on there!

Seriously if your car starts the compression is good enough, sluggish performance is either a fueling or ignition timing problem. Easiest thing to make sure is right first is the timing!

shes open. Looks like Acid angels hunch was correct, all but one inner water seal blew causing my engine to overheat. Maybe my water pump is bad causing this.. all the apex seals are still good, housing rotors.. A few corner seal springs seem flat almost lol, perhaps cauing me to loose compression. Before opening her, I turned the flywheel, and it sounded good, pshhhhwaaahh sound...ALot more than when I first built the engine.. I ordered the new rebuild gasket set, so for now just cleaning the parts.. acid angle might hook it up with the carbon apex seals...
