thats right son. Its amazing how strong a plastic bucket is , it holds the whole motor, i wonder if it can hold a three rotor?

omg its guna be siickk....the front rotor, me and gf spent a whole day cleaning it, its shinnier than new, and smooth. All the grooves were cleaned out.. The seals and springs were cleaned everything is working smoothand fits real nice....omg..just need another t2 rotor..the engine is covered with a trash bag now, to keep the dust out....I found arotor for $100 , guna try to pick it up tmrw... yaya!

im just keeping the exhaust ports stock... since its still my daily car.. i need to keep the gas mileage decent.. Planing on doing the rats next removal and plugging off the vacuum nipples, and just run vacuum to the fuel rail.also blocking off all emissions. This will make my engine setup clean and simple with less chance of any 'vacuum leaks'. Maybe make my own block off plates from a stop sign or something. unless the NAs block off plates are the same as the t2 ones, i wont need to..Probably block off the OMP as well, and continue my premix with idemitsu rotary oil..Everything hopeshould be simple... Have a FMIC and ssq BOV laying around in my garage as well... Will be doing this with stock turbo, stock t2 ecu, and a fbcd lol lalalalala
I dont have high expectations in power. Im just happy with around at 230whp. Because when i twas stock t2 last year, i was able to wheel spin 255s on a 17x9 easily for drifting, and imagine if i ran that with stretch..it would be too easy.. soo the lil extra horsepower would be nice....and as long as its somewhat reliable for far trips, im happy.

i did mine, removed the first set of butterflies, and shaved/shapened up the entry chambers.. then jb welded the old butterfly gate holes.. All with a dremel tool. I didnt polish it though, just got it smooth with sandpaper..
I should probably pull it tho to see how the jb weld is holdin up.. i read people here doing that so i did mines.

of course tho, any more mods i do involving air, i better look into aditional engine management if i want this motor to live.. but i dont beat on the motor, i never redline it *no need to on the street*

hm yeah i should do the TB mod.. Was thinking about porting the turbo manifold as well. I think logicaly, if u port the stock turbo manifold, u should get more exhaust flow,= more spool faster acceleration on the turbine..=more boost?? hasanybody tried it? it looks easy to do....but the portwould have to match the turbo wouldnt it....

as it possible to keep the stock clutch fan and do aFMIC setup?? unless ican find a efan in ajunk yard or something,it would clean up the engine bay alot....probably relocate the battery to the back compartment as well..yes austin i have Powersteering, all thanks to jason.. did the steering rack swap and added the PS bracket w/pump and lines....i will need to figure out how to route the FMIC Intercoolerpiping around the powersteering...hm...
