I came up with the idea to throw some aluminum sheeting on the corner blinker, since looking at it with the lense one that it wouldnt really be visble much from the side..

Glue setting *adhesive sealant* Gotta put the lense back on and solder up the harness *wiring stuff is pretty easy

I need to put a resistor on the turn signals otherwise they blink fast *this is common for LED retrofits*

How much did it cost you to do the Modification.. I did this to my s4 tails a couple years ago and the LED's were $12.00 each back then.

Ill just say, im not here to profit or really care.. lmao
4' LED tail lights for trucks, sourced from ebay *basically need 4 for the tails, and 2 for the turn signals*
Get any type you want. some have different number of LED bulbs on em.
I spent over $80 on them becuase I ordered 4 from one seller, then another 4 from another seller since the blubs are different kind.
I know i easily spent over $100-120 probably becuase i had to pick up stuff i didnt have.

Basic tools like dremel, soldering iron, wiring, shrink wrap for extra pimpage etc..
Sealant adhesive to glue and seal everything together

My corner light was chipped in the first place when i got it, so ill eventually probably use body filler/sand it down then spray it black..

But i freaking cracked the corner my first time removing it!! hahah

its not bad.. still looks pimp.

Damm my mom came home hahaha.. i was workin on this in the kitchen table and she started trippin so i didnt get to throw my other tail light in the oven to heat up the old goo and apply the lense.. so Ill jus wake up early tomarrow morning and knock it out real quick.. =p

Probably would have been more pimp if i did that aluminum sheet trimming around the tail lights as well

I went outside and plugged it in, looked awesome! its only me working on it so i cant get a third person point of view yet.

what temperature/length of time are you using to heat them up enough to seperate the lenses from the rest of the light?
