well the general idea was people posting pics of what they think is good looking FCs, otherwise if everyone just posts pics of their own car, it becomes the "post your picture" thread. We already got posting their pics in here and in the other thread at the same time. Now if someone else posts your car then its fine in my opinion.

RBRX7, do you have pics when your car is signaling or headlights are on? just curious how those lenses look lit up.

 

If you have recent Racing Beat catalog there are couple small pictures in it with the parking lights on. Also the my Montego blue 1st gen is used in their catalog as well.

page 29 shows my 1st gen brown seats used for RB seat covers
which are better than originals, set still for 275.00, I think.

page 70 shows rear quarter view, I bought this car from Dave Coleman in '01.

Originally his father's '83 S, and used as a project car for Sport Compact Car mag
when Dave was tech ed, now a Mazda engineer.

i dont want to put you down or anything, but an opinion is a personal option. if you like it cool, if others dont... cool. theres many of us with multiple cars(rotarys), myself included. we could all **** in the wind, but were all gonna think we pissed farther than the next and try to ignore the fact we're all wet. if you get what i just said...

we accept the fact that you own history.... but the archive overload is strenuous. but congrats on having such a rare collection.

Listen loser...I posted 14 photos this week here of the rare Racing Beat cars.

Up until this year they were RB cars and always will be. These cars have not been shown publicly, but occasionally for 23 years.

People either don't know what these cars are...or they know EXACTLY what they are.

Jim Mederer is Mazda's "Carroll Shelby" ...you should bow down.

Nobody really owns these kind of cars, we take care of them for awhile.

anyways, its awsome to see rare cars like that roll out, hell, ive been into rx7's and datsuns for only 5 years now, but ive seen LOTS of custom and rare mazda's and datsuns. but seriously, if an rx7 looked like that stock, i would have never gotton into them. it sorta reminds me of a chrystler labaron. i despise chrystler cars.
anywho, whatsup with the truck? i see it uses a rotary, but what else has been done to it?

btw, nothing wrong with "the drift look" and its actually probably the reason why more and more people are getting into rx7's. but as much as you are right about the classic stuff ALWAYS fetching a higher coin at auction, 99% of modded cars never get sold.
its kinda comparing apples to oranges.
if i were to take 2 cars
1)1965 gto numbers matching
vs
2)1970 modded to hell challenger
there is no question that the 1st one would outsell it, but there is also no question that the 2nd one would probably never get sold.

now, comparing that to the rx7 you posted.
YES, its far more likely that its worth 1000x more than most of the "drift" cars here, but i very seldomly see those high dollar well modded "drift" cars get sold.

looks subtle but kinda aggressive at the same time.
