Thats Pat's car... it is REALLY, REALLY clean. AIM dash, Motec the whole 9 yards... all three of those FC are really clean.

Sorry boys newb *** question, what and the hell are those cylindrical shaped metal reservoirs called that usually sit where this one is, I understand this guy has this one because that's how he adds his coolant, but usually there are smaller ones there in it's place. i have circled it red, it seems like I only see them on REW's. Still to this day I do not know what they are. Either way bad *** pics Hyper! If only I had the cash flow

AST (air seperation tank)

You'll see race cars with a swirl pot/header tank and a breather tank/ast as a combo. Fd's came w/ a ast. This allows trap air inside the engine block and radiator to escape, going to the ast. Which should always be mounted higher than the engine, as you see there. Every fc owner should do this mod. Very simple, it's more of a reliability mod to aid your cooling issues. Non technical has become technical.
