"jaggerrmouth" Looking at the archies, I couldn't find one, but this guy rigged his into the ac vent, perhaps buying a housing for the gauge would dress it up a bit. I also have picts of other places gauges are placed on FC's.

I say do all of them, that way you don't have to choose specific gauges you want, you can just collect them all!

that vent is designed for and does actually come in handy if you like your side windows to be clear when they fog or frost up

if that is not a issue then go for it

I wont block it off completely, as it is a very handy vent. I just wanted it in a subtle place and my original AC vent was broken.
Thanks!

"jaggermouth" I'm sorry, for the life of me, I couldn't remember at which site , last night I searched the net and found this gauge holder on the Subaru site,http://www.subimods.com/stri-visor-g...10944748d41b93, a 52mm gauge has a universal fit, , it's in black though, the only one I could locate that came with a visor, if that's what you like, oh, by the way, you mentioned swivel, the mount is stationary. There is however plenty of gauge sites with chrome gauge holder cups, minus the visor, perhaps someone out there could help.

Here is how I made it. 2" pvc cap, 3/4" black hose, all thread with hole( ceiling light mount hareware), sheet metal, and black crinkle paint. Had to sand inside of pvc so gauge fit snug but still comes out.
