I recently had a mysterious problem involving the ECU throwing codes at me, and putting me into its version of limp mode. Your symptoms sound a little like what I had. Do you have a CEL? Tried pulling codes out to see if the ECU thinks there's an issue?
TBH not a 100 percent sure if my dummy garage works all the way some of the lights come on like seatbelt , and stop light for the brake and stuff but my clock doesn't come on or anything else so I'm not entirely sure tbh with you .
When you turn the key to "on", but not yet "start", all the annunciator lights should come on, as a test. Does CEL come on then?
If so, you can get out any codes the ECU may be griping about. If not, I'm not sure what to suggest. I bet there's another way to read out codes from the ECU, but it would take some research and reading of manuals to figure it out. Or you might need to open up that part of the dash and see if you can change the bulb(s).

Ok. I'm past the limit of my expertise on that system. No lights suggests to me that there's something else wrong with the ECU or the electronics which drive that panel.
I guess it's worth trying to pull codes from the ECU anyway, just on the off chance that that part of the electronics is still working. Something's working, because the car runs. Trying to get codes is a cheap enough experiment to do.

You have to put the car in diagnostic mode to get the flashing lights on the top clus
