FL Problem with limp mode 89 Jspec FC

Hey guys so to start the story I crashed my car 8 months ago, just got it running again as of 2 weeks ago, had to figure out a bunch of issues getting it started but finally all was good. Except I kept popping into limp mode, I drove it 200 miles home in limp and well I've been taking it to school every day like this. Sometimes if im lucky i can turn the car off and come back in 15 minutes or so and manage to do a pull (which it runs flawlessly outside of limp mode) to clear the engine out some. Just trying to figure out what is causing this,, I thought I had my omp wired wrong because since the accident the 6 pin connector broke so I had the pins on there wrong trying to hook it up, got the pins on there correctly.. no change. Last night I tried a friends omp because I figured I may have fried mine.. Sadly to no avail. What's next? If I step on the gas hard at all it cuts out completely (cuts fuel I believe), if i go above 21% throttle or so it leans out to 15.5-16.5. Runs fine, idles fine. Has a knightsports 4beat ecu with a greddy emanage ultimate on top. My maf was also bad (found no resistance between E2 ground and THa (thermo sensor) so my friend lent me a cosmo maf (n390) and well it works, and I dont think it would cause my car to cut out if I got on it.

Is my ecu fried? I'd like to think not because it lets me boost sometimes, but maybe thats just until it does its thing and gets a code sent for the omp.
Is my tps out of whack? I have a friends im going to try this weekend but not expecting anything miraculous.
Fuel pump going dead and only lets me do a pull when the rail is freshly pressurized? i really doubt this but i've had pretty similar issues on my old S4 when the gas tank was filled with rust.

I've changed the fuel filter, I have no vacuum leaks at all

Let me know what you guys think, thanks

Opened up my ecu nothing looked burnt in there, So my omp is good, ecu is good. Really stumped on what else can cause me to be in limp mode.

check for codes! you need to use an LED on the diagnostic connector, if you do a little searching the info is there
