I second banzai racing. I have their omp block off kit on my car, my only input on their kit is, the bolts need to be a little longer for the block off plate. When I went to torque down one of the bolts, it pulled out the first 2 threads because that’s all it could thread into, so I got a longer bolt and problem solved. I also used the blue gasket paper from AutoZone to make a gasket to make sure it sealed good.

Should not have used gasket paper and the bolts would have been the correct length. Layer of Ultra grey RTV is all it needs.
