No crank, no start, no power

Hi all, I have a 87 GXL and the other day I got in it and it wouldn't start. I determined it was the clutch safety switch so I unplugged it and bridged the wire and the car started fine. The next day I went to start it and once again nothing. The switch was still bridged, fuses are fine, and the battery seems fine as well but it won't turn on and it appears there is no power to the car (except for the lights that come on when you open the door) or at least the windows won't roll down, the headlights won't come on, and there's no interior lights. Does anyone have any ideas?

The first thing I would do is check the ground points and check the fuses. Ensure the grounds are clean and tight and that you see source voltage on each side of each fuse.
