Is that the Auto Adjusting Suspension brains? AAS adjusts shocks based on dive and squat, so makes sense to me to have it in extreme rear to me.

Seems like I remember removing it from an old GXL I had. I'm pretty sure it is AAS.

I know AAS wiring and module was located in rear hatch area, should be it as others have stated.

It is in fact the auto control unit for the auto adjusting suspension.
