I have been running it for 5 years with no problem, the cooling system is rock solid.
I have been a bit surprised how well it all worked out.
I never have to worry about it, if anything it is probably way overkill size wise on the rad.
All these people saying they can't flow enough on a EWP to cool a 20B is utter bullcrap.
I have datalogged all of it with engine block temp coolant sensor and radiator temp sensor so I can measure the efficiency of the cooling based on pre and post pump temps, motec let's you do all these tricky things in the data logging analysis maths functions so you can ACTUALLY see whether things work or not.
I originally had the pump and fan on a basic on/off system which was rubbish.
It just switched on and flooded the motor with colder coolant that had been sitting in the radiator.
As soon as I switched to the closed loop speed controlled system it was like another world.
The coolant temp maintains temp ~1 or 2 degreeC under all conditions just slowly speeding up and down to maintain temps.
All this happening without me even thinking about it.
Most factory EWP OEM cars (BMW etc) all run like this now I believe.

^ do you do any track events with the car and if so what happens to temps then? Curious how the system works under heavy load.

David,

No track days yet but it certainly doesn't have any problems when I drive it hard on some of our country roads flat out, near enough to track conditions for me.
Some days were 35 degrees C ambient.
