Does your ECU or Ignition box support it? There are also standalone 2 step devices out there.

2 step limiter is related to ignition. you can build positive boost while car is not moving for better start. it can be button operated or automatic (vehicle speed dependant, for example).
it just significantly retards ignition and fuel continues buring in your exhaust manifold, this dramatically spools up your turbo.

most of the aftermarket ECUs has this function integrated in its software or you may get stand alone box for that.
many CDI ignition amplifiers also has this function as an option.

but dont use it too often it may brake your turbo.
just imagine that is happening near your turbo wheel...

It's attitude like yours that makes rotary folks look really stupid.
That's the real reason you're getting your butt kicked by pistons.

There's a proper place and time for everything.
I guess your daddy didn't tell you that.
Welcome to Life 101.

Your question is inappropriate for this section.
It has nothing to with 20B's.

Use your brain for once.
